I can build you a plain box that you can buy your own buttons and sticks for. Shipped to your door it only costs $60.
The Size and Specs are:
15 inches wide
9 inches deep
3.5 inches tall
It's constructed out of 1/4 inch MDF Board and I don't drill the holes in it so you can layout the buttons the way you want to. It is not painted or treated with any type of finish so you can paint it whatever color you want to or add any graphics you would like.
